Rates and paying
How much does a Jeep cost?
From $130 a day. Most of the fleet is $140 a day. The booking shows the exact rate for every Jeep, plus delivery and extras, before you pay.
Is tax included?
Rates are shown before tax. A 12% government tax applies to the rental, insurance and extras, and the booking adds it up for you before you pay.
Is there a minimum rental?
Yes, 3 days. Rental days are counted in 24 hour blocks from your pickup time.
Is there a deposit?
A $250 USD security deposit is taken by credit card when the Jeep is delivered. Debit cards can't be used for the deposit.
How can I pay?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Cash is welcome too, with the $250 deposit held on a credit card.
Delivery and pickup
Can you bring the Jeep to me?
Yes. We'll meet you at Providenciales Airport for $150, or deliver to your hotel or villa for $100. You can also collect it from our rental lot in Long Bay Hills at no charge.
Where do I return it?
You choose when you book: the airport, your hotel or villa, or our lot. The same delivery fees apply to the return.
What if my flight is late?
Add your flight number when you book and we will keep an eye on it.
Drivers and driving
Who can drive?
Drivers need to be 25 or over and have held a licence for at least a year.
Can someone else drive too?
Yes, $10 a day for each additional driver, up to three. They need to meet the same age and licence rules.
Which side of the road?
The left. Give way to the right at roundabouts. After the first one or two it feels completely natural.
Are the Jeeps automatic?
All of them except Squirt, our stick shift for anyone who would rather drive than ride.
Can I take the top off?
Ask and we will hand it over open. Mr Ray, our 4xe convertible, has a soft top that folds back in a minute.
Insurance and damage
Do I need insurance?
It is optional, $13 a day. It doesn't cover tyres, rims, hubcaps, windshields, the interior or keys.
Can I use my credit card’s cover instead?
You can. If you use another provider’s waiver, you are responsible for damage up to $2,000.
Fuel, changes and returns
What about fuel?
Every Jeep comes with a full tank. Please bring it back full.
What if I need to cancel or change my booking?
Let us know as soon as you can. You can view and change your reservation online, or just get in touch.
Can I return it early or late?
Early returns aren’t refunded, and late returns are charged extra. If plans change, tell us and we will work it out.
What if I don’t show up?
If we haven’t heard from you within 24 hours of your pickup time, the booking is marked as a no-show.
Extras
Can I add a cooler or a child seat?
Yes. A cooler with ice is $25 per rental, and child seats are $10 a day each. Add them when you book.
