Turks Jeeps

Prepared for Turks Jeeps Ltd · October 2026

A faster front door for Turks Jeeps.

The page you came from is a working preview, and the look of it is the smallest thing on offer. What we actually set up is the way your business runs online: how a guest finds you, books you, pays you, and reaches you, and who keeps all of that working after launch. This document walks through what we noticed, what we would put to work, what it costs, and how the keeping goes.

First, what you have done right

Your photography is genuinely good. The drone shot over the track, the yellow Wrangler on the salt flats: most rental companies on the island would pay for images like these and get worse. And your island guide shows real knowledge a visitor cannot get from a booking platform. The preview you just saw is built almost entirely from material you already own. Nothing about this proposal starts from zero.

What we noticed, and what it costs you

  1. The site is heavy, and your guests shop on phones. The current homepage sends more than a megabyte of code before a single photo arrives. Your customer is comparing three rental companies from a beach chair on hotel wifi. Every extra second of loading hands a booking to someone faster.
  2. No prices anywhere. The going rate for a Jeep on Provo is public knowledge; the island's own tourism sites publish it. When you hide yours, the visitor does not get curious. They open the next tab, where a competitor shows a number.
  3. Booking is a mystery. The reservation buttons give no availability, no confirmation, no deposit. A visitor cannot tell if anything happened. Here, bookings live on WhatsApp anyway. The website should open that chat in one tap, with the Jeep and dates already written.
  4. The email address works against you. TurksJeeps@Gmail.com tells a careful guest this might be a side project. An address at your own domain quietly says the opposite, and it is a small, inexpensive fix.
  5. No reviews in sight. A guest booking a vehicle sight unseen, in a country they have never visited, decides on proof. Your happy customers exist; the site never lets them speak.
  6. The island guide is buried. It is your best material and your best chance to be found on Google, and right now it sits disconnected from the Jeeps it should be renting.

None of this is unusual, and all of it is fixable.

The numbers behind the preview

Your current homepage
1.4MB of code before the first photo
The page you came from
27kB of code, photos arriving as needed
Felt on a phone
open in about a second on hotel wifi

Guests compare three rental companies from a beach chair. The fast one gets the enquiry, and Google ranks it higher for the same reason.

What we would put to work

The look of the preview is the surface. Underneath it, this is the operation we set running for you:

  • Bookings that close themselves. Every Jeep one tap from a WhatsApp chat that already knows the vehicle and the dates. A real person confirms, a payment link holds the booking, and full card payments on your own merchant account can follow when you are ready. We run that exact setup for a working Caribbean business today.
  • Guests who find you first. Your island guide rebuilt page by page and linked to the fleet, so travellers searching for Mudjin Harbour or the causeway land with you instead of a middleman. Your Google profile tended, your reviews put where deciding guests look.
  • A business that reads like one. Rates published, email on your own domain, your real photography doing the talking.
  • Someone keeping all of it. Renewals watched, padlock valid, the booking link tested, changes made within two business days, a same-business-day answer when something breaks.

And the website itself, the part you can see, will be quick and handsome. You have seen it; that part is honestly the easy part. The list above is the job.

What it costs

Our prices are published for everyone at conchshelldesigns.com/packages. For Turks Jeeps this is our Growth build:

The build
$2,800, one time
Care, monthly
$150/mo, see below
Booking engine, if wanted
$300 + $35/mo
Online card payments, when ready
$300 + $40/mo

No quote dance for you either. Those are the numbers everyone gets.

How working together goes

It starts with a short WhatsApp conversation. Then we send an intake form with broad questions about your business; take days with it if you like, nobody gets rushed. The build starts when all your answers and materials are in, and from there a site like this is live in about four weeks. You approve every word and every photo before launch.

The keeping

A website is not a purchase, it is a thing you keep, and the keeping is our job. The monthly covers hosting, security, and the padlock kept valid, plus up to two content updates a month done within two business days: a rate change, a new Jeep, new photos. If the site breaks, we respond the same business day.

And the deed stays in your name. Your domain is registered to you from day one, your email is yours, and if you ever leave, everything we built for you goes with you. That is not generosity. It is just how this should be done.

If you are tempted to build it yourself

There are tools now that will assemble a website from a sentence, and they are genuinely quick. If a page were the whole job, we would point you to one and mean it. You already own the proof that it is not: you have a professionally built site today, and it has been costing you bookings for years while working perfectly as a page.

The job is everything around the page. The domain renewing on a card that has not expired. The padlock staying valid. The booking link opening the right chat. The rates changed on a Tuesday in high season. A person in your time zone who answers the same business day when something breaks. No tool watches your business for you.

One more difference, and it is the one that matters most: those platforms are rentals. Stop paying and the site is gone. Everything we build is yours. The domain sits in your name from day one, the email is yours, and the site goes with you even if you leave us. We publish that promise for every client, and we keep it.

A few quiet facts about us

The same hands that build your site keep it; we take on a few projects at a time, not fifty. We are based in Providenciales, in your time zone, reachable by the same WhatsApp your guests use. Everything we offer, every price and every boundary, is published on our site before you ever speak to us.

The next step

If this preview looks like the front door Turks Jeeps deserves, message us on WhatsApp and we will talk it through. No pressure from us either way; if you take only the list above and fix it with someone else, the island gets one more good website, and that is fine with us.
